In Panthers GM Dave Gettleman, i trust  Gettleman has proved he is no fool,so if he saw fit to sign CB Teddy Williams to a 2 yr, $ 2.3 million contract,he must have seen something  postive, after working him out.

Were gunna have bench warmers who dont see the offensive or defensive field anyway. Why not bring in special team aces to make our crappy special yeams better.

But no, we should spend a lot of money for names, and make our roster extremly topheavy..
