Would be nice to know exactly why.  However, a man can overcome a lot for the money a player makes.  The lowest paid person makes a good salary.  Of course they earn it with all the aches and pains and bullshit.

These rankings probably consider all players. Players who's only goal is to win, will want to play for Green Bay. They just signed their own players for less money other teams offered them. The rest are just consistent losers, although the Jaguars franchise history is pretty close to the Panthers. Up until now you came to Carolina, you got overpaid. It's nice to be better than the Browns and Raiders but I wouldn't be surprised if we were in the top 5-10 along with maybe the Texans and Titans.
