Nice piece in the CO by Scott Fowler on Tre Boston.  Apologies if it's been posted here, I didn't see it.

Loved this quote.  Just awesome.  Any guy who spends the offseason grinding with Luuuuke & Thor immediately becomes someone I will root for to excel.

Q. What have you been doing since the season ended?

A. I stayed in Charlotte pretty much all of the off-season, just grinding with guys like Luke Kuechly and Greg Olsen. I wanted to show my teammates I was ready to work in the off-season. I want to keep that starting job, too, and make sure no one is catching up to me.

Having met him briefly at OTAs, I can tell you that this is one of the most positive, upbeat players on the team.  He was genuine and nice.  Of course, he was chumming with my son, a recent UNC grad, but I really don't think that would have made a difference.  He is just like that.

I can tell you that I am pulling for 33.

"The Super Bowl could be there for us, for real. We believe that. We are clicking, and we are clicking way faster than we did last year. We've got more pieces to the puzzle. Hopefully we won't have to change up our defense this year in Week 13. The communication is great. The Super Bowl is our only limit -- that's what we've got our eye on."

I love this and hope the whole team feels this way.

I love me some Tre.  I was concerned when we drafted him because an up and down career at UNC.

But I think he had 3 different DC's while there, and they moved him around in the defensive backfield,

so that may have been why.  He is a good player, and he looks like a good starter for us that we got in the

4th round.

Plus, he's exactly what we want in a DB in our system....a ball hawk.

You got it.  They kept moving him around, but he stuck it out.  Now he has a great opportunity in the the NFL.
