Homer Simpson is a Panthers fan

Side Note: In a Simpsons episode back in 1993, Homer wound up in a coma after an accident but he recovered at the last moment.  Well, there's now a fan theory that Homer never actually got out of the coma and every episode since has been taking place in his dreams (hence, why the family never ages).

There's other aspects to the theory too, and surprisingly they actually make some sense.

well, if this were true,  Conan would still be on the show and it would still be funny.

So I was at Universal Theme Park in Orlando today and ran into Homer.

He pointed to my Panthers hat and did the "Superman" celebration, so I had to get a picture with him.

I was at the same park yesterday!

The Homer Simpson coma theory is fun to read about, but it's been denied by the producers and it's basically just fanon dot connecting or wild mass guessing.

it is great to know that a global icon and a national treasure such as Homer Simpson is waving a growl towel though
