With most other qb's, a qb draw on third and long is not a good call.  But with Cam, its not a bad call.  I certainly don't think they were playing for the field goal.

Most viewers are likely Cowboys fans, announcers have to give them hope to keep them from changing the channel.

Panthers also have a history of letting teams back into the game.

Carolina needs a long time eating scoring drive to start the second half to deflate the Cowboys slim hopes for a comeback.
