What are saints fans saying? - (they arent)

Recommended Posts

I havent seen the thread yet.. i cant believe i had to visit that cesspool to find these gems but i understand.

best snippet is here...

Quote

"They're doing all of the things that great teams do," Payton said. "If you said, do they rush the ball well? Yes. Is the quarterback playing at a high level? Yes. Are they good in the red zone? Yes."    - Sean Payton

sounds like he knows hes about to get the big end,

but anyways... i went here first  ( http://blackandgold.com/nfl/ ) and there is nothing about the panthers on the first page ... i guess they arent talking about it. lol

i had to go even deeper in the swamp to look i made it to page 2...my fingers are turning black and my iq was diminishing by the second the longer i was in  there and you dont have to waste your time.   you should thank me.. i did find a couple of greg hardy threads for all you homers to read! no im not posting the links.

..on to the next circle jerk of self-proclaimed sexually compatible cousins.  http://whodatzone.com/forum/viewforum.php?id=1

...er.... nothing there either...... this is getting awkward.

next..... took me to a news site...http://www.nola.com/saints/index.ssf/2015/12/can_new_orleans_saints_stop_th.html#incart_river_index  where Sean Payton obviously knows whats about to happen to his team.

but i was able to find these little snippets for you in the comments section.  (i know i know)

Nonsense to argue that Saints fell behind too quickly and couldn't run Ingram. They had two possessions--with only ONE run attempt-before falling behind by 14 points.

soooo they didnt fall behind to quickly?  im confused

#1 Priority in the draft is a pass rusher or two. After that is addressed, need to get OL help. Strief needs to go- he isn't big or strong enough to stop an aggressive pass rusher (refer to the Houston game when Watt ate everyone's lunch).

NOTE to LOOMIS: DO NOT SIGN ANY FREE AGENTS. Focus on the draft.

After the lines are solidified, we need WR and TE help. So LOOMIS, get your scouting dept looking for these positions. Quit wasting picks, quit making poor decisions in FA and most importantly, quit wasting Mr Benson's money.

Why is it everyone wants to build through the draft all of a sudden?  this guy isnt even worrying about the game.. he jumped straight to next year. lol

well fellas.. i thought it would be eventful, but frankly.. they arent talking about the demolition derby thats coming to their house next weekend.   And i dont blame them.  Enjoy it... we have officially shut them the hell up. Next up..

feel free to post your finds.. im sure there is some idiot fan somewhere who thinks they can still make the playoffs.

SaintsNY...you stole my thunder. I was gonna start a thread but wanted to wait until the sting of today's loss died down...My logic is that this game will be the Saints version of Super Bowl 50...they don't want Carolina clinching the division at their expense. Also..who was the last NFC team to start 12-0???? Who Dat!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try the saints report.

There is a few, and i say again, a FEW, fans over there that are still drinking the lsd/meth laced koolaid.

Saints Report is probably their biggest forum and it looks like they're taking it in stride.

Dude what are u smoking? They are gonna tear us a new 1!!!

Sorry, but this team gets worse by the week, not better.

Carolina hates us and will likely pour it on as thick as possible.

This Panther game is this year's Super Bowl for the Saints.

Yes, but we are also realistic.

Even Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder can see how bad this team is.

I want the Saints to win this game for the simple fact I hate the Panthers and would love to be the ones to ruin their perfect season, but I also live in the real world and can see a mauling the likes of which we haven't seen in a long time. Yesterdays defense shows up and Cam and co. are going to put up 50+.

Most of the fanbase is in full tank mode.

    • I went to Canes games back in '04 & '05 when you were probably still a swimmer waiting to make your dad a father. There was no one there bc they sucked. Some of the lowest attendance in the NHL. As a Panthers fan coming off a SB season (03-04), I couldn't even believe they put a hockey team in Raleigh, and given the attendance, a lot of people speculated they would be relocated somewhere back up north where they would be supported and not "Mayberry." Seriously, educate youself.  That is reality. That being said, comparing that environment to 2024 Canes would be disingenuous. I was at PNC last year and know how great the current environment is. Comparing the current environment at BOA to 10 years ago is just as disingenuous.  Just bc you didn't witness how good BOA is when the Panthers are actually decent doesn't change reality. Seriously, surely you see that coming from such an elitist environment like the globally renowned world-class city of Raleigh, NC... I guarantee you if you went to a Canes game and a Panthers game in 2005, the difference would be unreal bc the Panthers were awesome and the Canes were (at the time) a moribund franchise. I have been in BOA when the whole stadium was rocking. You simply are young, don't know what you're talking about, but want to portray yourself as having knowledge about things you simply don't. You have a lot in common with modern day politicians and televangelists Like I said, Idiocracy has prevailed... Have a great day too!
    • Let it all out bro.   At the end of the day Charlotte fans just aren't that passionate as other fans. The Panthers and Hornets crowds are wack.    Go to a Canes game and you will understand this. Tell the family I said hi and Happy Father's Day.
    • Dude you have no idea what you're talking about. Best place to live?  LMAO... that's your criteria...  Charlotte gets put all over those lists too... come on man... and those lists have zero to do with sports. I'm done after this bc I'm punching down intellectually here... The Panthers have been bad for 6 years now. You are obviously young and not overly educated based off the "dunks" you're putting out there that certainly are, so let me educate you today on the Panthers. The Panthers sold out for well over a decade straight. BOA has been as good an environment as there is when the team is good.  Fan support for the Panthers has been incredible when the team has even remotely reciprocated. The idea that Charlotte doesn't support the Panthers is utter BS. People in Raleigh have the biggest little brother syndrome of all time... Nobody outside of the Triangle cares about any of your "vaunted" sports team outside of Duke-UNC in basketball on a national scale. Sure, the Canes are great. But nationally, the WWE dwarfs the NHL in ratings. More people care about Cody Rhodes than Sebastian Aho... or anyone else in the NHL for that matter... I doubt less than 5% of anyone in this state outside of Raleigh even knows who that is... that's a knock on Aho who is a great player, it's just the NHL barely makes a ripple in the overall hierarchy of American sports. It's not in the same universe as the NFL or NBA no matter how badly you want to tell yourself otherwise. Raleigh is not a big-time sports city, no matter how much you want to scream into the abyss about it. Neither is Charlotte. But no one here is making such a nonsense argument... LOL it's good to be young and to be ignorant enough to be confidently wrong... WTF are you even on this board though since Charlotte is so beneath you? There is an actual discussion board on this very site for Raleigh sports since they are so superior...  Maybe it's bc I'm watching Idiocracy with my son, but your timing is perfect, my man... The dumbest among us have become the most confidence in their ignorance... God Bless America!!
