DJ is one of my favorite analysts and draft scouts out there. He often reviews a game or 2 from Sunday and he's currently tweeting about the Panthers game...

"Watching Carolina offense right now. So impressed with Cam's arm strength, recognition & poise."

"Kelvin Benjamin would've posted some silly numbers this season"

Not sure if some of you noticed but Cam didn't even step into his bomb to Ginn. Some like to bash him for his mechanics but his mechanics are what makes him special. The fact he's unable to step up and can still sling it 50 yards no problem is insane

Bucky Brooks is a hater wow. What a fuging retard

I mean, he's still calling Cam a Top-5 QB but yeah, he had a weak as$ argument.  If we're talking right now, my unbiased opinion:

1. Brady

2. Palmer

3. Cam

4. Rodgers

5. Big Ben

With that throwing motion how the hell does the safety know which side to drift to. lol you follow his eyes and his shoulders but then he turns his head and whips that sucker on a 50 yard bomb.  Lol just shows you how great he really is, give him 3 more years to practice that footwork and his accuracy could improve 10 fold

Since when is MVP determined by who has the better mechanics?

Downgrading an MVP candidate because he is not text book is just dumb. This game is based on production/impact. When they start giving out a best in show award based on style points that impacts the outcome of a game let me know.

    • While I'd love to add him, it just doesn't make sense for where we are at in our re-build right now. The only teams who should be interested are those who have a very legitimate shot at winning the SB this season, as any team who makes the trade is going to be mortgaging their future to make the move. Teams who make these kinds of trades and then give them the massive contract, in the hopes that it will expedite their path to contention, ALWAYS ends up backfiring because they have to give up the 1st round picks that are then needed to help build out the rest of the roster after eating up such a significant chunk of the cap on the new contract. There is no way the Cowboys trade him for anything less than 2 future 1st rounders (and probably more), plus we'll have to make him the highest paid non QB in league history.  Not to mention that it would then have made the Scourton and/or Princely picks a bit of a waste, as those 2nd and 3rd round picks would have been better off used on a ILB or DB
    • Like his approach to pre season that's ro get them out there and play together for a few plays and right about the night before and morning before.  Maybe we can come out the gate on fire I can smell the smoke from here!!   Go Panthers
    • Only 26 years old, fills the biggest hole on our roster. Top 3 at his respective position, yeah fug it how often does a future HOF player become available in their prime?
