Broncos to Wear All White

I say hit up the all blacks.  Couldn't careless what our record is in them....has nothing to do with what uniforms you are wearing.

Wrong......as the AFC is the home team, they get to chose the uniform colors.

I don't think it really matters, but I'd like to stick with the white. Personally I think overall record should determine such.

Last time we played the owl we had some (white based) custom ones that had some gold on the sleeves.

Correct.  They rotate which conference is home in the super bowl.  The AFC is always home in even numbered super bowls.

Thus, they pick jersey color and we call coin tosses as visitor.

To those that are confused:

 

- The Super Bowl "home team" alternates by conference every year. This year, the AFC Champ is the designated "home team".

 

- When you're a home team in an NFL game, you get dibs on what color jersey you want to wear. That's why home teams often wear white in warm climates in September and home teams wear their color uniform when it's cold. 

 

- Just because most home teams wear their color uniform this time of year doesn't mean they have to. See....us last night for example.

 

- An alternate jersey is not allowed. So, if whites are out of the equation, we'll be wearing our regular home black jerseys on Super Bowl Sunday.

Considering we're going to be considered villains in this SB we might as well wear all black.

They announced on NFL network, the Broncos were wearing white but Voth on B&B review said the Panthers are wearing white......not sure who is correct.

AFC year to be home team in the Super Bowl.

If they have chosen white, can the Panthers choose their color rush unis? Recreate the dominance of Thanksgivings day. They look faster in that combo too.

Voth said we're white then backtracked and said he heard that from one source but something else from another. So still not really sure what's going on. But seriously, the jersey color does not matter. At all.
