Trade w Cowboys at end of first?

With Manning retiring, you'd think that the Broncos might take one of the top 2 QB's at 31 to learn behind Osweiller.  Could happen.  And with the Cowboys probably not taking a QB until their 2nd pick, them moving up just in front of Denver might be doable.

Doubt that anyone there at 31 won't be there 5 picks later

Plus, we are short a pick or two.

We move back if the opportunity presents itself?

It would have to include the Dallas 2017 first rounder.

To move down 5 spots? That would never happen unless we gave up the pick completely.

Anyway, Gettleman has on numerous occasions said he doesn't believe in trading down and in 3 years has never done so. Probably not going to happen.

    • Did Bryce Young have a list of teams he wouldn’t play for? You are mad because he earned being a top college recruit and the top pick in the draft. So weird. Any “competitive hurdle” placed between a #1 overall pick and the starting job is a farce and everybody knows it. What you are talking about is the coach and team playing make believe just for appearances sake. The competitive hurdle already happened in putting out the college tape to be the #1 pick. What is the point in comparing these 2 completely different QBs and situations? Oh yeah, just another opportunity to whine about Bryce Young.
    • How many 2Cs have more points than him?
    • I don't know maybe his dad being his only coach and giving him scholarships to wherever he coached.  That way he could guarantee he started might have something to do with it. He never earned a thing in his life. Stop it.
