Give Cleveland credit for amassing a huge amount of picks. Looking at their roster, they truly need all the picks they can get.

Yeah but remember the picks they amassed a couple years ago? Took Manziel and that bust CB Gilbert...

Took a look at the other "sports" stories on that page. Didn't exactly inspire confidence.

My guess would be the CBS story is probably what spurred them to write this and generate some clicks. Truth is we hear stuff like that on an annual basis and it rarely turns into anything.

Something indeed could happen, but I sincerely doubt this story has any merit.

Gotta be made up.

Broncos would be trading a 1st and a current roster player for TT.  You hardly ever see someone traded for a 1st anymore.  No way in he11 they'd do that for TT.

if this new guy could draft worth a crap this would be another train robbery jimmy Johnson trading Herschel Walker.  Giving them 2 1st and 2 2nds.

Considering the source it's almost definitely made up, but it would be awesome if there was a blockbuster trade like this. It also seems pretty reasonable from all 3 teams perspectives assuming the unidentified player is a bottom of the roster guy.

I think you're right.

In what world is Tyrod Taylor worth 1st rounder and another player?

One where he had a 100 QB rating last year, is on a cheap contract for next year and has a really good relationship with the head coach who was his offensive coordinator that is coaching the defending champs whose other QB option is Mark Sanchez.

He's definitely better than Kap who they were reportedly willing to give up a 2nd for if he took a big pay cut and Tyrod is only 26.

I wouldn't say the Browns would win out here, if anything they'd be the biggest loser out of all the teams.

They have the #2 pick and need a franchise QB, why would they trade out of it. If we had traded the #1 overall pick we used to take Cam for a #19, #31 and an extra 2nd do you think we would have come out winners in that? I don't.
