Gettleman Knee Replacement Surgery

Dave Gettleman rarely misses an entire practice, but the Panthers' general manager had a good excuse to sit this one out. Gettleman had knee replacement surgery earlier this week. It went well, but now he has some recovery time before he can get back out to his on-field office.

Word is that his original knee was refusing to wear shorts while demanding to not have to move on Tuesdays, so Gettleman cut it and went with the rookie. Gotta make the tough decisions.

Pssh, the only time his knees ever see shorts is when he's putting em on and taking em off.

It absolutely is. A lot of doctors won't even do a knee replacement until you loose weight. A lot of knee replacements turn into gastric bypasses, and then magically the knee no longer needs replaced.
