Former Panther Byron Bell Out for the Season

Byron Bell suffered a dislocated ankle and has been declared out for the season.  Hate it for him.

I wonder if out for the season is the general recovery time or because the  severity of the injury due to his positions playing weight and all that.

That's a shame. No doubt he was bad as a player but I had nothing against him personally.

Yea big time. I've had both and for me, the dislocation took much longer to completely heal. Getting that mobility back is a B.

Damn, I hate it for him.  Hopefully we miss out on any bad luck like that, this season.

Has it been confirmed as a dislocation? I only heard it described as a gruesome leg injury

most likely that he's worth the practice squad but doesn't qualify.. so fug it, IR him...

This really sux...believe it or not, I was pulling for him to do well with that God forsaken team. I pull for almost all former Panthers when they move on to other teams. Except maybe Lafell. He was kind of an as.s after he left. Plus I hate everything about the Patriots, but I digress...
