Cam didn't necessarily disagree with Steve. He experienced the lack of culture here firsthand in his early years as many fans know all too well. His response was that Steve only knows how to be who he is but at the end of the day this is a small market it isn't L.A. or Boston or New York etc. It is Carolina and the team represents two states. And fans have become weary and frustrated and fed up and they need some semblance of hope. It's a tough situation all around. -
Here’s the thing I’ve been to games all over the country, Cowboy games, Redskins, Seahawks, Broncos, Cardinals, Jets, Vikings, Jaguars, San Fran…all NFC south Some of these franchises have solidified a die hard fan base and generations through strings of high level success. And were able to do so with a longer history. You just can’t compare. now some have not and those you can absolutely tell a difference. There are very very few that have that. Browns come to mind…chiefs didn’t have poo before their winning which will solidify a die hard fanbase when the franchise is so inconsistent, with virtually no history, and along periods of losing, this is what happens. Winning consistently will get you that fanbase smitty wants i don’t buys it’s the city bullshit
