Second year offensive tackle Daryl Willams saw the most playing time today of all offensive line members. Williams took reps with first, second, and third string units throughout the day. I have a feeling the Panthers could be fast tracking him this year to compete for the starting right tackle position.

YES!!! I hope this is true.

The conversation is easy. Gettleman asks about his players he likes. Rivera tells them they make too many mistakes and cannot be trusted. Gettleman insists that they only need more reps and game time. Rivera lets him know the players are not doing well and need to learn the game more. Rivera then asks for more vet players. Gettleman responds by telling Rivera he will get his vet players by week 4 once the Gettleprojects get their time on the field and fail to produce.

Soliai keeps injuring his shoulder trying to make plays like that. You think he would learn. Butler will struggle his rookie season, and Soliai will get injured like he always does. Star and KK must stay healthy. The DT rotation will be changed up with signings during the season.

CAP needs to have no defensive players around him to look good. Most defenders are going to flatten him like Kuechly. Just ditch CAP and elevate Wegher. CAP is just a waste of time like Barner. Did he lose the ball again following the peanut punch?

Jeremy Cash will make a nice addition to special teams. Doubt we will see him with a serious role on defense.

wtf is that?

It is a roster chart. Gettleman needs to reference the numbers of the players to know who he is watching on the field.

    • We don't have to tear down Dak to appreciate what Bryce did yesterday. Dak had 0 running game. If the cowboys were better, he'd be a legit MVP candidate if he keeps playing this way.  They did it with Ceedee last year, but they do a better job of anybody we play consistently of getting their best receiver off Jaycee.  Bryce was good too. If we just catch the ball that was intercepted, we probably win by 7+, and Bryce goes over 200 yards passing.  Biggest shift the last few weeks has been play calling. I thought Canales abandoned the run game way to early at times last year. This year he really seems to be sticking with it.  I still think Chuba is better at making 4 yards when there's nothing there, but Rico is better at making 30 yards when there's 6 there. I like the direction. Hopefully we can get Moton, Sanders and Coker back and really be dangerous. Our play action game is pretty deadly right now.  Unrelated: My favorite quality about Bryce right now is his ability to see the defensive hold and throw the ball there. He EXPOSES the officials when they don't call it. That one on Tetaroia yesterday late in the game was a bad miss on their part.
    • That sacks allowed number lookin juicy!
    • This is a game the Panthers should win... just the sort of game they lose. The Panthers have a bad habit that goes back years of playing down to the competition's level only to mess around and lose the game. The Jets game should be taken very seriously! But I want to enjoy the fact that they beat the Cowboys for at least another day or so!
