49ers Wide Receivers...

Jeremy Igo

Recommended Posts

Of course the 49ers are the Panthers home opener. In addition to Gabbert or Kaepernick throwing the ball, their receivers are...

13 Burbridge, Aaron WR 6-1 208 22 R Michigan State
14 Kerley, Jeremy WR 5-9 188 27 6 Texas Christian
11 Patton, Quinton WR 6-0 204 26 4 Louisiana Tech
82 Smith, Torrey WR 6-0 205 27 6 Maryland
  Streater, Rod WR 6-2 195 28 3 Temple

Good lord, that is horrible.

    • I think that depends more on how high our pick is. If we have the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd pick i think we are drafting a QB rather than shopping FA market for a QB1. Curious if we’d be reluctant to start a rookie QB week 1 though.
    • Hurney 2.0 and Fitts were so bad I don't know if it was intentional or they were that abysmally clueless. Fittershits panicked repeatedly being on the back end of positional runs while Hurney couldn't evaluate anyone outside of the 1st.  I can't figure out why Plummer still has a jersey. There's no reason. Dalton brings nothing to the table. If another QB gets cut that has given a glimmer of anything better than what we have, we should look, and that goes for every position.  I cant get over how much different this team could have been with a competent GM and having accepted the Rams offer for Burns. This franchise could have gone in a totally different direction.
    • I thought tanking wasn't actually a thing and we were firmly against it though?
