Edelman maybe? I know he returns punts but not sure about kicks, and he threw a TD, possible that he made a tackle on a pick or fumble or something.

All in the playoffs? To me it was playoffs specifically that would make Joe Webb the only one to have accomplished the feats. I'm sure Edelman has done all three in regular season before.

I love joe webb, He's a guy willing to do anything that is needed. If The Golden Calf of Bristol was as malleable as Webb, He'd still be in the NFL instead of shagging fly balls in some po-dunk single A baseball stadium.
