By no means do I think last season was a fluke...but I am starting to think there is some arrogance in the front office. When all other teams in the NFL spend/trade to get better, the Panthers stay put and unfortunately, this may be the result.

The blind love for Gettleman on this board is sad. A donkey could have taken over this team 4 years ago and benefitted from the natural progression guys like Cam and Luke were going to make. 

Gettleman made some of his moves this offseason without any restrictions with lack of cap room and what not and this is the end product.

And don't tell me the Falcons are good either.
