sometimes i think our training camp and practices are too rigorous, and ron and the coaches need to tone that poo down. Even Norman came out and said it after seeing what things were like in Washington.

you can't beat the crap out of your players before the game is even played. No wonder half our team is fuging injured right now.

Off season mini camps, and training camps are extemely easy poo for the players, thanks to the current CBA.

It's also the same reason there are more injuries every year.

Wasn't he asking for close to 17m/yr??? he will be lucky to sniff 10m/yr now..

Yep. Sometimes the NFL is somewhat like real life. Ask for a raise and don't get one,  then proceed to underperform? Good luck to you.

KK will get paid. He is on a similar pace to last season. Sorry if you expected him to carry the pass rush every week. DTs are historically not consistent pass rushers. Even Warren Sapp.

You should be more upset with Kony Ealy not getting pressure off of KK.

KK got 9 of his sacks in 4 games last season.

The DT market is very generous in the NFL.

As a Mizzou fan and Ealy supporter, he has really let me down as a pass rusher.

He made quite a few run stops the other night, but you don't draft a 4-3 run stopper in the 2nd round.

He must take the next step and do it soon. We need it. I'm still rooting for him.

Kony had a great game against bucs. He was the only one I notice getting any pressure and push. Also hit Winston multiple times.

    • Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.
    • Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.
    • Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
