What do you think Gettleman's excuse will be for this year? You know since the Panthers aren't held back by the salary cap this year.

It's interesting to me this is the first year the Panthers have had excess cap room, and are also losing consistently. Injuries have been numerous, but they were still losing prior to the injuries. It's also worth noting this is the first year that a Hurney draft pick hasn't had a breakout year. In the 2013 season Greg Hardy broke out, as well as Luke Kuechly. At the end of 2014 and into 2015 Josh Norman came into his own pushing the Panthers to a Super Bowl.
