But seriously, Rap has his sources, but I just can't imagine it actually happening unless Gettleman wants Ron out. There are going to be some high profile names for the LA job (Sean Payton already) and coach trades are rare. Could it happen, sure...but RR would have to want to go, GMan would want to have to trade him, then we'd have to talk about the price (Todd Gurley...kidding...but seriously do it do it)

I wouldn't consider anything short of two firsts, or at least a 1st and a 2nd. Uprooting a coach with a winning record could really send the organization into a tailspin, especially with the shared vision and synergy he has with G-man

Ron isn't the best.  Finding better isn't easy though and it wouldn't be tough for Carolina to bring in worse.
