Can't wait for Gettlemens end of the year presser.

I hope we get his presser soon.  Its gonna be fun to see our local reporters try to beat him into dust over the clusterfug that was the 2016 season.  What do you think his responses will be to these statements?

You removed Normans franchise tag and drafted 3 CB's.  And the secondary was awful.

You rolled the dice on a very thin offensive line and Cam paid the price for it.

As desperate as this team was in need for a DE you drafted a DT that hardly played.

Missed opportunities?

wait, that's Ron's line.

I don't think he will answer any of the questions straightforward or without basically pointing the finger back to the coaches and players. He's not gonna hold himself accountable.

he might he completly flip flopped his drafting BPA strategy to drafting for need with 3 CB's.  Who knows what he will do.

He might comment how we struggled in the beginning of the year, but now the secondary is showing up and paying off.

He'll comment on the fact that there are issues that need to be addressed. He'll probably even admit that going in with rookies in the secondary was going to be a rough ride.

He won't say much, and just let his work speak for itself. If he drafts well, and scavenges free agency well (he won't need to spend all that much tbh), then we got a superbowl competitive team next season.

- The secondary was inexperienced, not awful. The defensive line was awful (outside Star and Addison). Our rookies didn't stand much of a chance. Since Game 1 however, Bradberry has proven that he is a stud in the making and Worley is a fine #2.

- Thin OL? We lost Kalil, Gino, Oher, and Williams in a short span. Whenever you lose a starter and his back up, that's not a depth issue. That's just bad fugging luck. Grow up you whiny bitches.

- No, we weren't desperate for a DE. We figured that Johnson was just injured all last season and Ealy would blossom into an elite DE due to his performance last season on limited snaps.

If our secondary was bad then there are no words to describe the play of the offense, including QB.

*interception Carolina has the ball at the 15(goes backwards and kicks a FG)* -damn that secondary.

Hillarious if you think this media is going to ask anything controversial. It took them over a week to ask Ron about the Rams job. Person and Newton aren't capable of putting a coherent controversial sentence together and Voth is more concerned about getting his one on one interview with Gettleman every year than ruffling any feathers.

I do not think he was anything great, but the Charlotte media took a huge hit when it lost Jones. At least he was intelligent and could ask questions.

Leading the league in sacks hardly constitutes an awful defensive line
