I thought "oh no!" when I first read that. Then I remembered we have never had back-to-back winning seasons. I've decided not to worry again about losing coaches until we've had some that can accomplish that.

Technically he has no experience calling defenses at all.

So what I'm seeing here is our defensive coaches are getting poached.

But our offensive coaches are pretty much here to stay forever. With hardly a hint of interest from another NFL team.

You will always lose good employees they will advance , take better jobs & are always looking to improve.  

And then we got Shula and his gang of merry buffoons. Speaks volumes no one in the entire NFL is interested in any of them.
