Atlanta DC fired, heads rolling

As several in the media commented at the time... the Falcons offense was hardly ever on the field, by the end of the game their defense was exhausted.

Atlanta's implosion had more to do with the O than the D.

Had Atlanta settled for a field goal with 4 minutes left in the game they would likely be SB champions right now.  D had little to nothing to do with it.

Flame if u want, but I like what Atlanta is doing. Not putting up with the bullshit poo and demanding excellence.

Show results or get the fug out.

ATL defense played well, just didn't have gas or legs left after 90+ plays defending GOAT.

And the ATL DL balled pretty good.

I get that we have a lot of patience preachers here on the board who believe this is an overreaction on Atlanta's part...  but, honestly, I like it...  It's what we should've done after that bullshit atrocity known as Superbowl 50.  fuged our whole team up going into the next year, players and staff got complacent as a result, and Gettleman did NOTHING to change or improve the roster for the better.

I can't stand Bryan Cox, but I will say he had done a heck of a job with that dline this season. Beasley turned in to the type of player they drafted him for and he was able to get big contributions from Hageman, Jarrett, and Claiborne before he went down. That team will miss his coaching ability on the dline.

This definitely would apply to our crushing defeat,  but i dont get ATL's logic here.

That seems to be the attitude of the forty niners.  Hasn't worked out very well for them.

It's a fine line. In this case, I think they fired the wrong people but what do I know.

Anyway, remeber that time the browns fired Belichick?
