Good. Now just comes (apparently) the hard part. Dave not doing something stupid.

 

KK turns 29 at the very tail end of next season. If he's just a one year rental then so be it. Maybe you'll get a deal done, maybe you won't. Just keep the Pro Bowler on the team for now.

He won't and he would be an idiot to do so. He'd lose pretty much all the leverage he has(which is barely anything to begin with) to get a better a deal.

Worse case scenario, we get one of the top DT's in the league, who's playing like a mad man to earn a big payday, on a 1 year, reasonable rental.

unless Dave finds a way to fug it up!

      Just like WR, you thin ignite and then suffer an injury and you are scrambling.  Any RB could have run through some of those those holes though and maybe you don’t get the same xtra yards but you are getting yardage.  It is the pass catching they will miss the most.

      Without Sanders, they are stil catching balls. Sanders is about a giveaway to it will be a pass play.   Also, hoping we see the competition at RB keep both guys on their toes.

      I was talking about pre season hype vs now.  They were talking about him being the best route runner on the team and being unguardable.  Putting people in the blender.  He has had 1 catch the last two games, and before that it was 2 per game. I like Renfrow, but it seems him and Bryce are not on the same page.
