It is really hard to find good offensive lineman. And just because someone projects well doesnt mean they will pan out.

It just goes to show the media hype train that pretty much destroys these kids

someone who is a 3rd rounder at the end of the college football season could be subjected to just pure hype and be shot up the boards

there is tremendous pressure to live up to the hype of getting a franchise guy that I feel a lot of these dudes fold under pressure.. Its like we think of them and expect them to be gods but in reality a good chunk is just hype and hype won't help them on the field. I feel like it ruins them. Many think they are the sshit because of how the media talks about them but when they get to play, they get wooped and lose their confidence.

if the media wasn't projecting these kids to be superstars, and had a more humble and realistic aproach, then I think there wouldn't be as many busts that are set up to fail.

Some of the teams in the latter half of the round hopped on that train too.

(Bjorn Werner, anybody?)

My best friend is a colts fan...he told me Werner was the best de in the draft. My best friend also said Grigson was the best GM in football. My best friend is not smart.
