With Oher and Williams? Heck of a competition.

I hope we leave Oher at LT. Part of his issue has been constantly flipping back and forth between LT and RT throughout his career. His pass protection has been solid with us, his run blocking has been nearly nonexistent. He's a better fit at LT with us. Let him and Kalil compete at LT and have a decent backup. Can we really trust either guy to make it through the season?

not sure if this was worth trading Ealy.  Sure he would have been there at the original 3rd round pick Carolina had.

We would've cut him anyways.

My only problem is small school lineman. Don't like that. No problem with going OL, but our small school OL hasn't worked out recently.

    • I don’t want to see another high pick put into WR or offense that isn’t OL or QB. At least not again it would make something like 5 straight years, we are at 4 straight years with 1sts and 2nds used on the position now. Too much to have one player left from all that. So he gets another go at it afaic.  If they can bring in someone to compete with him that is undrafted, a FA on a prove it deal, some cheaper route, go for it.
    • Because Bryce can’t throw a true deep ball.
    • The original hope was that he was just raw, and with some coaching he could blossom into a big time playmaker. Turns out he’s not just raw, he’s got no fundamentals or mentals of any kind really. You keep him as long as he’s cheap and try your best to coach him up no matter how futile it may seem.  When the time comes you cut him loose.
