Very reasonable take on matters. All should read.

Now can we get beyond the last year/this year picture comparison threads that make the huddle look embarrassing? Our fanbase has already been called out by CJ for similar asshattery, enough is enough.

He still our best receiver, even if he's overweight.

I rather Kelvin be slow in OTA while showing up in real games, than have the back to back  offseason MVP Funchess who never does squat during the regular season. It seems Shepard is coming for Funchess crown this year

Read your article, and what I got out of it is Worley still sucks.  Go figure.

Kelvin spent the day lined up across from second year corner Daryl Worley...

...He caught every single ball thrown his way, many of which were contested by solid defensive play.

Let's not forget that Kelvin was making Josh Norman look silly in 2015 TC as well. Not saying that Worley is on Norman's level, but more that Kelvin can be a great player against any competition.

Jesus Jeremy,

you post a thread trying to stir up controversy and confirm the weight gain and then you post this?

Came here to post this. If this was done by anybody outside Jeremy Igo he would be trashed as a terrible poster collectively by the huddle.

i still stand by what I posted in the other thread.

why can't we just stand behind our guys 100%? Kelvin is a big guy, he plays big, physical football. he's tough to cover and he can go up for a jump against ANYONE in the league. that is his job. we got some smaller quick guys to do all the poo you want Benji to do.

root the guy on and understand his role on the team.

This.

Posted a thread to ignite a bashfest on the guy yesterday then turns around and posts this article.

Sums up our fanbase pretty well, though.

Come on 15! You know why. Clicks=$$$$.

I'm not going to begrudge Jeremy making his money. He's kept this thing going for years without making any money. For us long time users it's sad to see him move toward clickbait articles, but I understand it, and he's earned the ability to monetize the site.

I'm looking forward to seeing KB's fat ass stunt on these regular sized DBs this year!

    • Option A:  Pay your starting QB starting QB money. Option B:  Look for a starting QB for 4-10 years (or longer) while wasting the talent at every other position.    How many of the top 20 QB's do you think are worth what they are being paid?   When you factor in the last year of his present deal his contract is really an average of 45 million per year which in today's QB market is a very, very good deal. I wish we'd had found a Brock Purdy to pay 50+ million a year right after we parted ways with Cam.  Ya'll go ahead and live in fairy tale land where good to great (much less elite) QB's are available to pay. Just the fact that they had the chance to pay Brock after the disaster of trading up for Lance is a testament that when you find a quarter back you can win with, complete in the playoffs and superbowls with, you pay him.
    • They will still be a playoff team but they aren't contenders anymore IMO. They won't be able to spend like they have when they went to a SB and proved he couldn't carry a win at that level with a really good team around him. Now he is going to have to do it with less to spend around him. They just locked in to being a playoff bound team that's going to be a known speed bump for whoever will represent the NFC in the SB.
    • Hmm. I think he'll live up to it. Last year, about half of his team was on IR it seems, at one time or another. Year before, Super Bowl appearance. Year before that, playoff run after being third on the depth chart and being pressed into service. Is he one of the greatest in the game right now? Nope. No chance of that. Is he in the top 10 going into next season? Pretty good chance of that.  Would 20 or more teams in this league love to have the guy as their starting QB. Most likely so. He's a good QB who can implement his coach's game plan to a T and has both the confidence of and confidence in his teammates. That'll take you a long way in this league if you've got the right cast around you, and he does.
