Panthers Gauging Trade Interest

Panthers reportedly gauging trade interest in K Butkner and Punter Andy Lee. Rivera and Panthers feel with both positions of kicker and punter being a strength, possibly trying to see if they can get something out of nothing, before cuts.

Interesting to see Andy Lee up there because when hes on he is one of the deadliest punters in the league.

Lee played 9 games for us while costing us a 4th. 

We can save 2 million by cutting him NEXT year.

Lee was good last year, would prefer to keep him over Palardy. No chance we get anything for Butker/Gano.

Feels like they're just trying to put this out there to see if they can get anyone to bite before they cut these guys on Saturday. Same reason why they were building up the P and K "competitions". Just a part of the game, folks....
