Navarro Bowman should be drug tested

This all stems from the year Luke won Defensive player of the year and Bowman had a strong case. Luke and his number were almost identical and one could say that Bowman actually affected more games by forcing four fumbles. As we know Luke won it but Bowman didn't get a single vote even though they both had damn near the same stat line and respective teams had 12+ wins. So it's easy to see why he had questions about that back then.

2014:

Luke Kuechly: 156 tackles, 2 sacks, 11 passes defensed, 4 INT, 0 QB hits, 8 QB hurries, 14 MT, 61 stops, 7.7 PFF rating

NaVorro Bowman: 145 tackles, 5 sacks, 9 passes defensed, 2 INT, 1 TD, 4 FF, 2 FR, 3 QB hits, 14 QB hurries, 1 BP, 12 MT, 67 stops, 20.0 PFF rating

In 72 games, Luke Kuechly has 458 solo tackles with 271 assisted tackles, for 729 total tackles.  He also has 13 interceptions and 9 sacks. Averages for his career are 10.125 tackles per game, 1 interception per 5.5 games, and 1 sack every 8 games.

Congrats, Navorro Bowman.  At this point in your respective careers, you have shown you can get to the QB more frequently (but that, of course, could very well be attributed to differences in defensive scheme, as could interceptions for that matter... but tackles?  Tackles are tackles).
