Ben Jacobs says that Luke Kuechly was at meetings today and in good spirits.

I can tell you from experience of 3 concussions.  Two I had no symptoms and one I felt it the next day and can't stare at bright light to this day. Persons is just trying to hyperbole. Luke did take a shot but that doesn't mean he was concussed or that it was serious.

Person is just hoping for a story.  He has appointed himself the concussion detective.  Even Ron called him out on his BS last year or the year before.  How hard is it to write a damn story and not put in your own opinion.

It sounds, at least for now, like it was a best case scenario. Perhaps that device he was wearing around his neck prevented anything serious from happening. That was one heck of a hit he took and we've seen guys leave a game after those even without a concussion.

We all want to see him take the field again, hale and healthy, but none of us want to see him do long-term harm to himself just for our entertainment.

I'm not sure but do you guys really think Luke would hang up his cleats for good mid way through the season? Even if it is the best thing, do you believe he would just drop everything he's accomplished and leave the game for good?

I realize the brain is different than the knee but we all thought TD was done after 3 ACLs early in his career. We'll see. Technology advancements have to be made. It should be mandatory before next season
