Two solutions to the problem of you sucking and not getting playing time.  

1.  Stop sucking.

2.  Somehow manage to stay around long enough to get the veteran treatment from Ron regardless of how bad you still suck.  This is your best bet.

Waiting? The guy was handed a starting job from day one as a 3rd round pick. Even after sucking major ass as a rookie, he was given his starting job back with no competition added during the offseason. He continued to suck until we had to swing a trade to bring in some competition.

No Worley, you're mistaken. The Panthers patiently waited on you to prove you were the starting caliber CB they thought you were. Evidently all that did was make you feel entitled to your starting position that you were never forced to actually earn in the first place.
