Damn... "misconduct" is so vague. you would think with the current cultural climate, if it was sexual in nature, that would have been said outright. 

Jerry has not been on my good side since summer, so im fighting the urge to be happy about his possible ouster. But i do hate this for the Richardson family. stuff like this is such an embarrassment and has got to be stressful for Mrs. Richardson and the kids.

Is workplace misconduct something separate from sexual misconduct? Did he cuss someone out and now they're suing, or get grabby?
