Outside of those mentioned, the only two other owners that could afford the team and could make visionary changes to the business side of the franchise would be Elon Musk and George Lucas.

Can anyone name a team that is owned by a consortium of individuals that didn't
1) derive from the founding of the franchise
2) wasn't inherited from family

I cannot think of any. If you know please let me know.

Also, the whole Panthers being owned ala Green Bay won't happen as the Packers were granted a grandfather clause that allowed them to be owned/controlled by the board of directors.

Plenty....off the top of my head. Khan in Jacksonville and the guys who just bought the Bills.

Khan and Peluga are outright billionaires and their group of investors were only a few individuals.

Well to be fair, the team has been on the market for less than 24 hours.

Technically it isn't really for sale yet.
