Saints fan honest about refs handing them the last game

I have the video starting at the point where he talks about the runs NO broke out and why those worked ..... holding that should have been called. Which we all knew, call us whiners or not. It confirms what I saw. Watching this has me more hyped than any Panther hype video. Hope the FO loudly complained to the NFL about the many missed calls that game so the refs are going to be more on point.

He also calls the Panthers winning the wild card game. :100_Emoji_42x42::)

We actually had a good offensive game plan. We got off schedule after our first TD when Kalil got a face mask call.

The Saints 2nd TD drive was embarrassing. Three running plays, all under center with a fullback, but everything really went down hill after the whole missed punt by the punter.

Oh and getting the ball and half and doing nothing with it.

Oh and Peppers got blocked by a TE on that TD run.

The refs single handedly won them the falcons game as well. The mistakes were outright pretty embarassing and we weren't allowed to establish any momentum. I hope you guys don't get the Katrina refs agai. Beat those chit stains.

@saints4lifeagain curious on your thoughts.

I think if thats an "egregious" hold on the long Ingram run, then every run in football would come back. His hands weren't outside. He didn't turn him.

The other 2 are pretty meh, as well. But one thing is for certain, if the Saints win today, there will be crying about the refs. There always is.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
