Problem with that is Thomas isn't worth his contract at all. Him and Dez should not be making Julio Jones money

He's also 30. I'm not necessarily opposed to the idea if Moton has actually looked really good in practice, but not for an old, highly paid receiver. If it's for a young WR on a rookie deal then I might give the idea some merit though I'm not sure there are any WRs who currently fit that profile that are actually realistic. Like you're not getting a Beckham, Cooper or Evans for him.

Folks on here constantly complain about not having tackles. Now we get one and OP likes the logic behind trading him...

Contract year is next year. Can't pay everyone. Player on the roster developing behind him. Players regress all the time. Trade doesn't have to be for a WR. Sure, the logic makes sense.

It's amazing how soon people forget the days with the likes of Byron Bell, Mike Remmers, and Nate Chandler playing OT for us. I'm not saying Williams is Lane Johnson at RT but he's leaps and bounds better than most of the guys we've trotted out at OT during the Cam era. Trading him would be really dumb. Even if Moton is legit, we need depth at OT too and M. Kalil is likely done here after next season.

You do know that Josh Gordon has been suspended like 10 times right.

Joking about trading Williams,...  not about Worley.

and yes he’s been suspended 100 times but this is really it for him— so I think he’ll be alright.

See, this is how I feel about Norwell. His contract is up and like you said, we can't pay everyone.

I'm impressed by the fact that he hasn't given up a sack this season. But, we consider ourselves a running team, and with him we rank 31st in rushing when you subtract Cam's rushing totals. All season long we've seen Stewart and CMac get stuffed on inside runs. We need to create more holes for them.

I think we can find a replacement at LG in the draft, via FA, or possibly moving Moton inside and not experience that a huge drop of a off. At the same time we could save a lot of money and sure up the other holes on the team.
