Ehhhh Cole Beasley had his best career year with Dak.... The issue with Dez is he doesn't run past anyone and if a fast cb is on him thats around his size Dez is never open. Hence why Dez production has gone down with Dak, Dak doesn't throw wr's open and he doesn't give Dez opportunities for 50/50 balls.

On the other hand Romo would throw guys open and give Dez those 50/50 opportunities but at the same time Dez attribute was never speed and he's only getting older. Beasley beats his man most of the time so when Dak saw Cole open he would get the ball.

This. Dak too scurred to throw up the 50/50.

Cam is used to it and would have no problem. Dez is talented enough to come down with it or break it up the vast majority of the time too.

I'm all for Dez at the right price honestly.

He will most likely be cut by the Cowgirls if he doesn't restructure his deal. Just a few years ago when Romo was his QB he was considered a top 3 WR. Maybe a change of scenery could rejuvenate Dez Bryant?

*He's not my first target btw, just wanted to see you guys opinion on him as a target.

We need a receiver but he's not that speedy receiver we need and I think he is a cancer to the team..I am sure there are better wr's out on the free agency and for much cheaper than he will think he's worth!

He was better. I don't think that anymore. Funchess had better stats last year on 21 less targets. Going forward, I'd rather have Funchess because I think now, he has a higher ceiling and factoring in salary it's not even close.

Their stats were almost Identical with a QB who hates throwing into tight windows

Funchess with Dak would be a laughable

Dez is washed for his potential, but still better than any WR we have.  Take it how you want it

He is 29 y.o.  Hardly washed up.  I think you have to take into consideration that his numbers fell off when Dak took over.   Not a coincidence. Same as Smitty numbers dropping when Cam took over.  Just didn't work.  Didn't mean Smitty was washed up.   He went to Baltimore and resumed his terror on the league.

The question is.  Will he have chemistry in Turner's offense with Cam?

I think so.

I wouldn’t mind having him as a posssesion WR.

You guys are blaming dak but fail to realize even when thrown the ball, dez quite often either dropped the ball or tipped it in the air for a int....who does that sound like ? Yeah no, his routes are garbo and he can’t create separation to save his life. Nearly everytime he faced a upper level cb he got locked up.

hard pass

One was the number 1 wr all season the other assumed that role at the midway point. If funchess would've been the main option his numbers would be better than Dez's

I think Dez is living off his past right now.

Saw where Torrey Smith might be let go. Probably cheaper than what someone will pay for Dez but I'm honestly not sure how much he's got left either.

I'd love Torrey Smith here. Been wanting him for ages now. Maybe he'll come to Carolina now that he has a ring.
