Feel the Hurn!!!!

Yes. Someone needed to state this. So Ace and Scat, stfu about Hurney drafting a WR. We need immediate impact. The last successful WR draft was when we got Moose. I say that b/c Benjamin isn't on the team and Funchess hasn't shown enough yet. Smith wasn't a first rounder. Maybe this had a lot to do with Ricky Proehl, but we need an established and experienced receiver to make plays. Stop being butthurt about losing hog mollies when we have someone to plug in there.

He wasn’t GM when we drafted Smitty. Not counting Moose coming back, Hurney did not add 1 single legit WR in his entire time as GM here...

All the people cheering for DG gone and also wanting to get Cam weapons are getting exactly what they wished for. Hurney wasting resources on sh*tty receivers.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
