This interests me...

A while back, Voth was pretty certain we'd be taking a QB with a mid-round pick.  He now says he's "less certain" but that it could still happen.

As to Anderson, a couple of different sources have reported that we want him back.

I am guessing we grab WKY qb White.

Him or Lauletta would be fine with me.

Would love local kid Mason Rudolph but he's gonna go way higher than where we'd take a QB.

Yes, Lauletta is a bit weak armed, and I don't think I could live with all of the comparisons to Joe Montana.

I think Rudolph is a going to be good, but yeah, I've seen him mocked as high as 15 to Zona.

I like him, but he's a late riser, which makes me nervous.

Of all the BS in the presser, this was the biggest lie.

Yeah, no way I could see him believing that.

Mind you, if he did, yikes!

# 1 goal of this presser...don't let other teams see your cards.

Shhhh no just lose all faith in Ron and Hurney for not showing all their cards 48hours away from the draft.

    • I don't really care as much about athleticism and arm strength.  While Murray might be better in that regard, I think Bryce has enough of both to do well in the NFL. The main reason this trade reference is silly is the money and the fact that Murray has been around a long while and hasn't proven that he can perform consistently when the game is on the line.  Bryce has shown that he can play well in the clutch (in the few opportunities he has had).
    • If Bryce can continue the level of play he showed after the benching, then there's a good shot we at least compete to win the division. Tampa is a solid team but even last year in our week division they went 10-7 and will be on their 4th OC in as many years. The Saints are a mess and are in a mist of a half rebuild half still trying to compete mode and will probably be starting a rookie QB. The Falcons are a wild card as they have a really good offense but are we really crowning Michael Penix as a franchise QB after just 3 games?  The only thing I want out of this season is for Bryce to come out and without a shadow of a doubt prove he's our franchise QB. If that happens then most of the fanbase would be happy and I believe we'd be in a good place record wise at the end of the season. Maybe falling just short of winning the division with a chance to sneak in as a wild card team.
