I'm not huge into Marvel so just spoiled myself.  Sounds like Captain Marvel is coming in.

Also seems like they made it a little obvious that the deaths will somehow be reverse with an OG sacrificing themselves to turn back time or some crazy banana panda madness.

Yeah the post credit scene was for captain marvel..(apparently her solo movie is gonna be set in the 90s way before infinity war)

Overall I thought it was an good film. Not bad, Not amazing but good.

It really felt like just set up for the next avengers film. Of course they're gonna find a way to reverse most of these deaths but i'm hoping at least some stick.

This film seemed like a huge back-story for Thanos.  I like how they fleshed out his character.  There was a ton of silent people when the screen went dark.  I even saw a few people throw up their hands.  I get that a lot of people forever want the super-mega-happy Scooby Doo ending, but I think this film delivered on almost everything it set out to do.

Loved the red skull appearance. The end credits is for Captain Marvel. Doesn't her movie come out before Avengers 4?

I think it's safe to say that if you died in the "traditional sense" (Loki, Gamora) then you're staying dead. There's no way Marvel is going to leave Black Panther and Spidey dead because theyre supposed to carry the MCU for the next generation.

Loved how they handled Dr Strange. Came across as the heavy hitter that he is.

I LOVED the movie. Felt like an event comic jumped off the page. However, it was essentially a set up for the other Avengers movie. It was originally a 2 parter.

An absolutely incredible film. I'm still in shock they pulled off all those characters while making it compelling, entertaining and hilarious.

Oh and they established the hardest villain to date in the MCU with arguably the best results. I say hardest because you had to really feel the weight of Thanos. From opening scene to finale, they did it.

So Dr Strange is the real hero in all of this. He is the one that looked through millions of possible outcomes and found the one where they win. So he went with it. Basically he knows all at this point. Well, he did until he turned to ash. lol

I think Strange saw it all,  everyone dying, including himself. That’s why he was so shocked when he said he only saw one way that they can win. He had to trust in himself that he was correct, which from his solo movie we know he isn’t lacking in confidence.

There’s an interesting theory about how Thanos says ‘I gave up on my destiny once before’ before throwing Gamora over the cliff. It could be that Captain Marvel was the one that stopped him before and Nick Fury recognised what was happening and reached out for her straight away. The CM movie could be about how she stopped him the first time.

FYI - ****** DC, this is how you introduce a world ending villain and do the death of superman justice. Not at the end of some shitty cross-over. Ruined one of the best written comics ever With BvS.

I'm pretty sure most people will be brought back, with exception of Loki and Vision possibly.    I'm not sure MCU feels like getting rid of Loki though.   Vision wasn't done well from the beginning so he may be gone (but could be brought back, or in the future if Ultron reappears).      I think Gamora will be brought back since she was sacrificed to the soul stone in a way.

    • It's actually interesting you mention Richardson because I've seen it suggested here Bryce will have 500 or more rushing yards and 5-10 rushing touchdowns this year. And if big Anthony Richardson can get hurt carrying the rock what's that tell you about the practicality of thinking Bryce won't?
    • I mean, I get why the media and some NFL and Carolina fans are saying that we don't have a real chance, but as many Huddlers should know, we won't know what we really have in this team until probably late September or early October at the earliest. And I'm not trying to be a homer, I'm just looking at things historically. Obviously I'm also looking at Bryce's "palatable" improvement the last half of last season (including being the catalyst for hanging with and nearly beating the Super Bowl participants), and the new additions that we've acquired overall. I'm also looking at the beginnings of a culture change--even if perceptibly subtle--to some degree indeed may take a foothold if things start falling the right way. But, overall, I'm still cognizant of the realization that things could just go south and that perhaps that Bryce could revert and flop, or that D & D (Dan and Dave) are not the answer, but I still am not ready to say "we're far away." Hell we could be close, albeit with growing pains, but even if we're on the course to bring legit in 2026, then guys like Ramsey would be welcome additions this season. That's just my take on it. I don't think we'll know that we're far away until some point in the season. If we can compete in the South...who knows?
    • You guys remember when the narrative on here was that Bryce would be chronically injured in the NFL due to his size and Anthony Richardson would be super durable due to his? You remember when the narrative was that Bryce was physically incapable of throwing a ball further than 20 yards in the NFL? You remember “I’ll stop complaining when he throws for more than 200 yards and looks like an NFL quarterback”? You remember when 60 sacks was his fault and not the offensive line, slow WRs, and terrible scheme? Pepperidge Farm remembers. It will always be something for some people. Whatever insanity they come up with will be quickly dropped to move on to the next thing. Bryce could have an MVP Super Bowl winning season and they would complain that we can’t run the tush push with him. It will always be something.
