Brad Nortman - P - Free Agent

Jaguars released P Brad Nortman.

Nortman has been the punter in Jacksonville for two seasons, but they were always expected to move on after drafting Logan Cooke in the seventh round. Nortman should be able to find work before camp.

Well at least their GM made a good decision after drafting that probably equally tallnted punter at a lower price.  

We on the other hand draft a probowl kicker but decide to keep the guy that cost 20x the salary value.  

But I'm fine with palardy.

As to the topic, I could see him being brought in as a camp leg but that's about it. Someone else will probably offer him a legit competition for a job.

You got that all wrong. Our kicker was the probowler, Harrison Buckner was fine for a rookie but hardly a probowler.
