I am tired of hearing about Sabates. I don’t know why FNZ has been giving him so much air time. The sale is over, Sabates doesn’t have the money, and he is not involved with the transaction. I recall him blabbering on FNZ last month on how he was going to “broker” the transaction. LOL. 

Sabates has been one of the loudest morons crying about a new stadium. I hope Tepper stays far, far away from Sabates as well as the rest of the idiot rich rednecks who have almost single handedly destroyed NASCAR.

^definitely don't mean to speak for rbsponsel52, but I believe that he was just trying to be funny. I don't believe diddy stood a chance and is just talking out of his ass. My thought on Sabates is he Isn't just trying to push the fan base and Tepper to push for a new stadium, so he (Sabates) can line his pockets out of the deal.

Certainly "Not a criminal" is one of those boxes and rightfully should be.

Not sure why someone who is as rich and famous as he is needs to lie to brag about being the first loser in the Panthers sale.

If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say maybe he figures it can't be verified because of the confidentiality agreements. Pretty sure those no longer apply since the sale process is finished though, so any claims of this sort could likely now be fact checked.

Gotta agree it'd be a pretty silly thing to lie about this, but ya know, stranger things...
