Sean McDermott in the hot seat

PanthersATL

The issue is that they took a playoff team(borderline) and made it one of the worse football situations in a while.

Last year browns would handedly beat the team that Beane and McDermott have put on the field in Buffalo. It's early but the crazy poo that they done in Buffalo is comicial like they want to suck.

This is what happens when the Bills sign all the Panthers' castoffs. There's a reason alot of them are gone Sean/Brandon.

(They can't play)

It feels good to fug over teams with our cast-offs. "but they went 15-1 that one year" yeah because of cam and luke. I mean the Cardinals GM hired Wilks because they hit it off at a vacation together. Kinda funny and a good reminder of how much worse things could really get.

I don't see it. Heard it said that their defense played better 2nd half because McDermott took over making the calls from Frazier. And they have a new offensive coordinator who is now starting with a different QB. They have a rookie at MLB, maybe that needs to change. They are young everywhere. Yes, it was stupid to keep Peterman and trade Taylor but why keep a QB that doesn't inspire? Anyone remember Matt Moore? BTW Fitzpatrick was once a Buffalo Bill too. You can laugh now. :eyeroll:

He and Beene traded it all away

That's what people miss he wanted to tear it down to build it back up but it's tragic how low they went.

They moved their BEST Olinemen who happened to play LT to cincy to swap 1st round picks. Then swapped first and two seconds with the Bucs to draft Allen, and now Allen is horrid as well as playing behind a bottom 3 Oline. If the line is this bad, why not just suck with Peterman instead of making Allen punch drunk from the hits he'll take his rookie season? Not to mention them bringing in KB and Bills fans already hating the contract that Star is on.

I understand not making rash decisions but it's as if Beane and Sean want to be fired. If it doesn't pan out they've set the Bills back further then they've ever been

    • Lol. The Texans are literally one of Bryce's six career NFL wins. WTF are you talking about?
    • Yeah, I mean it is a statistical fact and also part of literally a player evaluation. Winston has literally lost dozens of games in his NFL career due to crippling TO's. It's just who he is. Look, it's fun when those insane throws work and he is leading you back from some crazy deficit. But those success are rare. It's why his career GWD count is so low. He's fun but he is fundamentally built to lose games.  If you are talking about a backup QB, you are literally already losing in the first place. That's how you see a backup QB and that's overwhelmingly what they tend to do. Rookie QB's almost always benefit from veteran QB's. Same as literally any other position in the NFL. Why do you think that you so often hear that from the playera themselves? As for Bryce NEEDING one, no he sure as poo shouldn't this late in the game. But he also shouldn't have needed this fuging long to get his fuging footwork straightened out either. Yet here we are.
    • Comfortability is the primary reason. They don't want to hurt Bryce's confidence. But I say if his confidence is that fragile that healthy competition which makes everyone better is enough for them to keep making Andy Dalton rich then Bryce was never going to be the guy anyway. Give me the QB who sees the competition amongst his peers and uses it to take it to the next level. Instead we get the guy who comes out looking like a deer in the headlights against the Texans after we've done everything possible to appease him. Definition of complacency.
