He got 2 and a half years to turn around a really bad franchise...not a lot of time but none of these coaches get much time.  

This really suggests that rebuilding means gotta win very quickly.  Only Gruden has been afforded that kinda security so far.

Good!  Dude is a horrible HC but great OC.  He has an amazing amount of talent this year and they still manage to be hot trash.

Good for the Browns. My in-laws are from Akron and are big Browns fans. Hue Jackson has been trash as the head coach there. Even though we are talking about the Browns, he created the atmosphere for the failure of that team over the past two-plus seasons. Mistake-prone, no accountability, lack of toughness, and an extremely low level of competitiveness. I hope they get a good one to finally right that ship.

at some point there needs to be some progress. there is tons of talent on that team whether people want to believe it or not. he had 3 wins in 40 games. I think Alabama could win more

Is it weird I am a little proud of the Browns?  I didn't think they had it in em to fire Jackson.  Thought they were gonna ride that out for far too long.

Browns are no longer the dregs of the league- currently 24th in both offense and defense,  but they need a HC who's proven he can lead a team, and Jackson ain't it.
