I'd throw Bruce Arians out there.  I wanted us to hire him originally after he left Pittsburgh...  i wish we would have, if only to spare us from the masochistic torture cycle that has been the Rivera years.

Dude is innovative, creative, aggressive, and no nonsense...  basically everything Rivera isn't.  He has come out and said he was only interested in coming back for the Cleveland job, but I have a feeling it's because that is the only current opening.

Regardless of what happens this season, including if Tepper made my dreams come true and actually fires Rivera now, Arians is a guy that would be at the top of my list come next season.

No, even aside from my thoughts that he isn't a great head coach (much better OC, kinda like Rivera at DC), his age and health issues are a big concern.
