I’m not mad about a coach being fired. 

I would have looked at Richard Rodgers first. He had under-performed as both a ST and DB coach.

This is terrible news. A no name WR coach who really helped Devin Funchess blossom into the star he is now, will be taking his talents to a college like SMU or EZU. The season is over.

Well, it looks like they finally found the reason why Ron has 3 winning seasons in 8 years and why Marty has 3 winning seasons in 12 years. Everything is fine now. Glad to see that Taylor has been exposed as the problem. It makes perfect sense.

Not suprising if he wasnt Norvs guy.  He surely wasnt the culprit that engineered our rapid decent, but we did have confused recievers and wrong routes at timea this past year.  Maybe that will improve if Norv gets 'his' guy.    Im attempting optimisim.

Edit: Check that. I'm still living in 2018.

So could be that he’s moving on from us...? The lack of Norv connection could be a possibility too. Anything other than those two and I’d be really scratching my head as I thought he was doing a great job with DJ and Samuel and to a lesser extent, McC.

I thought he'd done well enough to be kept around, especially with the McCaffrey connection.

Wonder if he'll head over to Buffalo.  They have an opening.

Smitty vs. the Field?  Bad bet in any situation.

But I think it's a real possibility.  I believe he said he wanted to get into coaching, Gettlemen is gone and he seemed to like Moore a lot.

If it's Norv Turner making the choice (and it most likely is) I wouldn't bet on Steve Smith being an option.
