So Tepper had a conversation with this guy

Can’t say whether it actually happened or not, just sharing what I heard on WFNZ;

Guy calls into the morning show, says he was walking around during the NBA All-Star festivities and ran into Tepper. Said he stopped Dave and talked to him for a few minutes, asked him what the chances are he would bring Kaep to Charlotte. Said Dave told him “it’s a very good possibility.”
