Who is your favorite round prospect that isn't an OT or DE?

Bradbury- anytime you can lock down a ftanchise Center its a game changer.  We've been lucky with Ryan

You saw the difference Max Unger made for the Aints

TJ Hockenson- dude can really block,is Big and overall solid receiver, reminds me of Gronk.  If Olsen wnds up going to TV this should seriously be considered even though we have Ian Thomas.  Having a duo of those 2 isnt a bad thing especially when your nit running big WRs

"He should continue to fill out his athletic frame, but he's already a sound in-line blocker with the toughness to sustain and finish. His above-average athleticism and separation burst will help him win against linebackers while his body control and hands give him an advantage over safeties. Hockenson has standout talent and fits any scheme, but he could be coveted early by teams looking to delve more heavily in 12-personnel (two TE packages)."

I want to say Devin White, but it has been know all along he was athletic (converted RB) and that he could hit.  But he showed he wasnt reliable in pass coverage and really struggled there.  Some people dropped him down to the #3 Lb at seasons end due to that

Seems like so many people are assuming the Panthers select an OT or DE, something I think is far from a lock.

Who are your favorite prospects at 16 that isn't one of these positions?

If this isn't true than I can't  defend these idiots anymore.. Your biggest needs are rushing the passer and protect Cam.. This draft is giving you both.. its incredibly stupid trying to find talent not abundantly clear in the draft you're going into..

No, what would be incredibly stupid is to pass up on a higher graded prospect at one position to take a lower graded player just because he fills a position of need. If they're close, then I can maybe see it. If not, choose your guy, or trade down!

Admittedly, I haven't been following this draft as closely as the last, but after maybe 2-3 edge guys, DTs and OTs, I'm not sold on anyone at those positions. And, I think that the defensive backfield could definitely use an upgrade, our receiving corps and our linebacking corps. That's how I see it. We could justifiably go in a lot of directions when we're on the clock.

Bradbury.  As I mentioned on Twitter yesterday....10 year plug and play guy there.

Yep, dont know why people say things like "you dont draft a center that high".

Well you do if they project to be a top 5 center, fit our scheme perfectly, and lock down a position of need on the O-line for years.

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
