Scott Fowler on first rd pick

The panthers have already spent an exhorbitant amount on their OL it's getting to the point where it's starting to  look like excuse making for the QB.

color me skeptical that Scott Fowler even knows what championship caliber OL play even looks like in today's NFL

We can agree to disagree.

The Panthers can lose Luke and still win.

They cannot lose Newton.  No, he isn’t Tom Brady but he wasn’t drafted to be.  Rivera isn’t Bellinchek either

We all know the history of the oline.  It isn’t pretty

I dont want Moton, Daryl Williams, or a first rounder to be riding the bench, so no

you best bet Rivera/Hurney want to be around for longer than a year. OT for this season is addressed

A passrusher than can immediately come in and apply pressure to the QB is what will have the biggest positive impact on our team.

its that simple

our two OTs are good and were drafted outside the 1st round.

He won me over with the Uncle Rico reference...

Seriously I will not be sad if we go T or even G in the first, we can get a pass rusher in the second given the depth at that position in this draft.  We need to invest more heavily on the O line.

If we draft OT in the first round than Moton likely goes to LG and than RT when DW isnt around next year. or they experiment with DW at LG as well.

Yeah we paid Matt Kalil 50 million dollars to suck.

Your post is bad, and you should feel bad.

4/5 OL positions are addressed for this season

Hurney aint gunna shuffle the OL at 16 in order to save his job

our pass rush fuging blows ass right now and we will pay for it when we cant get to the QB

i guarantee a pass rusher round 1

    • Per Bill Barnwell  Broncos part ways with a CB on the roster bubble Broncos get: 2026 seventh-round pick Panthers get: CB Damarri Mathis The Broncos have a rare problem among NFL teams: too many cornerbacks. ESPN's Jeff Legwold projects they could move on from Mathis, who was very good as a rookie in 2022 before losing his starting job after the defense's slow start in 2023. He played just 27 defensive snaps after Week 6 that season and 80 more across 10 games in 2024. With the Broncos using their 2025 first-round pick on cornerback Jahdae Barron, they could justify moving on from Mathis, who might not be active on game days even if he sticks around. Mathis' best season came with defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero in Denver, and he hasn't been able to reach those same heights since Evero left for Carolina. The Panthers are set with Jaycee Horn, Mike Jackson and nickel corner Chau Smith-Wade as their three starting corners, but Mathis could push the 28-year-old Jackson and serve as Carolina's primary reserve on the outside. Mathis is owed $3.4 million in 2025, so Denver might essentially buy a draft pick by eating some of that cash, similar to what the Commanders did when they sent running back Brian Robinson Jr. to the 49ers.
    • They can get fuged for a 6th and 7th. Doesn't make sense for us for anything less than a 4th and them paying a majority of his salary.
