City payed for the Ford center stadium and parking..ext some restaurants and shopping plus cowboys fit gym and such also there. 

1.5b in SF vs 1.5b in NC is a very very different number.

For people out of the Carolinas, visiting a fort Mill for camp then stopping by the stadium for photo ops and team store is a much better proposition.

You mean DFW in Texas? Star in Frisco is the Cowboys practice fields and such along with a bunch of retail space.

Maybe it’s because I fly in from out of town anyways and plan for the drive and everything but I’ve had no issues with that drive. Have always flown into Charlotte, check out the stadium maybe buy a new jersey or hat and then drive down.

Sites getting the most talked seem to be in Rock Hill.

The article includes a diagram have a potential space. Looks like the same one referenced before next to Anderson road and i-77.
