Serious discussion- what do we do at backup QB?

Allen sucks and Grier is worse

we can’t cut Allen and keep Grier bc Grier is beyond terrible.

We won’t cut Grier and we won’t PS him bc someone else might grab him (although that wouldn’t really be the worst thing in the world)

so do we just keep 2 awful backups?

are there any veteran game managers available?

Sign Kaepernick as I have been saying for the last 2 years. We don't have to change the gameplan and Kap can still run the rpo plays Cam runs. He is better than what we have now and he knows how to play QB on this level.

Right now we just need a QB with experience. Grier was a wasted pick and will probably be the 3rd string QB this year. Allen just is not a NFL QB.
